Fraud Mitigation
I’m pretty honest about the way I do business so I have never needed fraud mitigation or any kind of legal help for that matter. Chances are if you were involved in fruad you just didn’t know it was fruad. Sending certain types of chain letters can get you into trouble for mail fruad, but usually you will just get a nice letter from the postal inpector letting you know that what you did was illegal and just don’t do it again. Then you will be ok.
Resume fruad is a popular one as well. Olat of people put things on their resumes that don’t belong there. Lieing to get a job isn’t a good way to go becuase you will likely be found out, especially if you lie about your skills or experiences. Don’t commit fruad, it’s not good. But if you do happen to get into trouble for fraud either unknowingly or do lapse of better judgement you should seek fraud mitigation.
