Wellington Boot
If you are an outdoorsy type person and you are not overly concerned with fashion you will love the Wellington Boot. Wellies are great for duck hunting, clam digging, and other foul weather outdoor activities. I workoutdoors all year long so a pair of Wellington Boots might be a good investment. Let’s face, it dry feet are happy feet. And my regular old boots are not keep my feet dry. This is a wet year, even for Astoria, Oregon.
Wellington Boots come in many but the basic design and functionality is the same. Waterproof boots with traction soles. Whoever put those two ideas together had some initiative. I can’t tell you how many times I looked at my two different pairs of shoes and thought “damn I wish my rubber boots had some traction” or “Damn I wish my vibram soled boots were waterproof”.
OK This is funny, there is a guy in germany who is fitting his flock of sheep with miniature wellington boots so they won’t get foot infections. Just don’t be wearing your hip waiters and velcro gloves dude.
